The technology of thermal and chemical paintstripping is also used for thermal and chemical cleaning. This way very large objects can be cleaned; the maximum dimensions for the thermal cleaning are: LxWxH = 6500 x 3000 x 2500 mm. and our chemical cleaning can handle products up to 7.00 m in length. The temperature during the thermal cleaning can be controlled within 1 ° C accuracy and if required, a graphical reproduction of the temperature in the oven can be provided together with the temperature of the cleaned object.
Besides the thermal and chemical cleaning we also have the possiblity for pickling, descaling and passivation. Besides that we have the possibility for shotblasting with glassbeans and stainless steel in our automatical shotblasting device.
