After a short trial period in which the installation was carefully adjusted and after choosing the right abrasive the first parts could be successfully blasted.
The ray machine, which is executed as throw machine, aims to serially shine aluminum products after stripping, so the customer can hang back the parts on the paint line without further treatment or inspection.
After testing various abrasives we finally decided to go for a fine stainless steel type.
