Most baking trays and strapped breadpans today are equipped with a special coating to facilitate the release of the loaves and bakingproducts. These coatings are most often based on Teflon and silicone-like polymers and are subject to wear. When the coating is excessively worn it should be replaced and the remainder of the old coating should be removed. In our factory we strip these products without risking damage to the substrate.
Also, trays and and strapped breadpans made off so called "blue steel" without coating, that are greased with vegetable oil during the baking process, will be professionally cleaned by us.
